It was November 2015, the president of Lademan Insurance, Nick Bader, asked me to come down for a visit to his office and discuss some business. The conversation begins like this;
Mike, I have a goal to underwrite $[x] of new life insurance for 2016. I know it’s an aggressive goal but with 100% focus and dedication I know I can do it.
Say no more, I am “All In” Nick. Do you know, of the 100 people I ask “What are your goals?”, maybe 1 out of 100 are able to answer that question and without prompting you started a conversation with “I have a goal”. You are EXACTLY the type of person we appreciate working with and assisting with lead generation, in this case insurance lead generation.

Peel away a few layers of the onion and Nick has an important message to share. An eerily similar message to that of “Hairclub for Men”, Nick shares his personal experience with life insurance, a very powerful story;
Mike, I am not only president of Lademan Insurance I am also a client. 9 years ago, I was uninsurable because of health reason, Insurance Nick was really Uninsurable Nick. Do you know how many sleepless nights I had because I feared if something happened to me, my family would suffer? The legacy of my family would be at risk because if, god forbid, something happened to me.
Fast forward to mid-January 2016, Nick and I spend A LOT of time researching, learning and planning the building of a brand and content engine to help educate and empower people with critical information about Life Insurance. In all honestly, we have both invested a lot of time, emotion and resources, we both have a stake in the message and the brand. Nick’s stake is “how can I share my personal experience and first hand knowledge of both the good that having life insurance can offer, and the risk of NOT HAVING life insurance?” My stake is, “There is a HUGE gap in storytelling and content marketing for insurance, life insurance in particular. How can I contribute to help tell the story, publish content and turn a boring subject into something more interesting, more compelling and raise awareness?”.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
The foundation of Nick’s campaign is the brand, Insurance Nick. The mission of Insurance Nick is to be the single, go-to resource for any and all information with respect to Life Insurance. A one-stop shop, if you will, for content, information and resources for people to secure their personal and professional legacy. There is a lot more to come from Insurance Nick, the #LegacyWebinar is the jumping off point for the beginning of a helping share both the good and the bad of the relatively morbid and unsexy conversation of life insurance and annuities.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
