Before you can start using Instagram ads to retarget website visitors, you need to set up the Facebook pixel on your website You can do this with Facebook Power Editor. Please, it is important to understand here that you must use Google Chrome (the browser) since the Power Editor currently only works with that browser.

Step 2: Create and Setup a Custom Audience to Retarget Advertising

The next step is to create a Custom Audience. This audience will be restricted to visitors or specific pages to a webpage on your site.
